Mobile Food Vendors

Any mobile food vendor must obtain a business license and a mobile food vendor license prior to engaging in business within the corporate limits of the town. However, mobile food vendors operating solely as part of either a Town-approved special event or temporary use permit event are not required to obtain a mobile food vendor license.

Fees

• $250 Annual Application Fee 

Additional Requirements

• Current Town of Fountain Hills Business License
• Provide Description and Photograph of Mobile Food Unit
• Provide County Health permit and Evidence of Insurance
