Notice: 2026 Primary Election Date Change

Emergency legislation (HB2022) was signed by the Governor on Friday, February 13, 2026, moving the 2026 Primary Election to July 21, 2026. As a result, key election and candidate filing deadlines for the 2026 Primary Election have been moved up by two weeks. Candidates and voters are encouraged to review the updated election calendar to ensure compliance with the new deadlines.
