Is there information available regarding my fines, fees or restitution and making payments?
Yes. Once you have entered a guilty/responsible plea or have been found guilty or responsible of a violation, you have an obligation to pay your fines on the date of sentencing. If you are unable to do this, you must fill out a financial application to see if you are eligible for a payment plan.

Note: All fines, sanctions, fees and restitution are due in full on the day of sentencing. To calculate the total amount due on a civil citation, refer to the Fine/Fee Schedule on the bond card given to you by the officer at the time your citation was issued. If you did not receive a bond card, refer to the Fine/Fee Schedule in the “Traffic Violation Information” tab on this cite. Add the fine for each violation on the citation. If you are not sure of the violation charged or the fine due, you can to come to the Court or call the Court at 480-816-5103. To allow for data entry, please wait at least one week after you receive the citation before calling the Court.
