The Town of Fountain Hills is in the process of searching for a new Town Attorney to represent the interests - and provide legal advice - to the Mayor, Council and
staff.
On Wednesday, April 16th, the Town was notified by its current firm, Pierce Coleman PLLC, that it intends to terminate its agreement for services with the Town effective May 1, 2025. The Town’s current attorney, Mr. Aaron Arnson with Pierce Coleman PLLC, has provided notice that they will continue to work on pending assignments and will assist with the transition to new counsel.
Mr. Arnson has been the Town Attorney for Fountain Hills since 2018.
The Town Attorney is selected by the Town Council. Town staff will work with the Mayor and Council as they go through the process to determine who to retain in this role moving forward.
