The Town of Fountain Hills has launched a new online and mobile service request system to help residents report service issues directly to Town staff. From reporting potholes and graffiti to a fallen street sign, the new digital reporting system will allow residents to submit photos and specific location information, providing the team with helpful information to help staff quickly resolve requests and concerns. SeeClickFix replaces the Town's Request Tracker platform.
The free service is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Reported issues are acknowledged and automatically routed to the appropriate Town department for resolution. The Town will communicate with residents through the SeeClickFix system if additional information is needed. Once the Town fixes reported issues, the tickets are closed, and the Town sends the submitter a resolution notification.
The new reporting system includes an Android and iPhone app called Fountain Hills Connect. The application automatically determines the user's location based on their smartphone GPS. Residents and businesses can select from a list of common problems, take a picture of the problem, and provide a description and their contact information. Once submitted, the information is sent to the appropriate town departments for follow-up, seamlessly incorporating almost every commonly requested town complaint into a straightforward tool.
To access the new online reporting portal, go to the Town of Fountain Hills website home page and click on the SeeClickFix tab. The Town's website address is www.fountainhillsaz.gov/SeeClickFix . The portal is also available on the Code Enforcement Services page.
