The Town of Fountain Hills has followed the governor's emergency directives, requiring face masks and physical distancing in all Town facilities. In December 2020, Town Council meetings and all Boards and Commissions meetings were closed to in-person public attendance as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19.
On Tuesday, March 2, Mayor Ginny Dickey announced that these meetings are now open to public in-person participation. The Community Center was closed for most programs, services, rentals, and events on January 1. On Monday, March 8, the center is reopening for most programs and services.
