Frequently Asked Questions
Holiday Trash Collection – The Town of Fountain Hills contracts with Republic Services for trash collection services. There are four holidays in which your collection will be delayed by a day if your normal service occurs on the day of the holiday. New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Town Hall Office Hours – The Town Hall is open 7:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed on holidays.
Prescription Pill Dropoff – There is a prescription pill drop-off facility in the lobby of Town Hall near the Sheriff’s Office. The lobby is open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. Pills for disposal must be in a clear plastic bag. No prescription pill bottles accepted.
Municipal Court Hours – The Fountain Hills Municipal Court is located in Town Hall. The Court is open Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. till 6 :00 p.m. 480-816-5103

I Want to Report a Code Violation – If you see something you believe is a Code violation you can submit a report on the Town’s See Click Fix application. Go to the Town’s website and click on the See Click Fix icon on the homepage. You can also download the app for Android and iPhone. Look for Fountain Hills Connect.
