Commemorative Bench Program

The Town of Fountain Hills, Community Services Department, offers you a very thoughtful way to honor loved one(s) while at the same time making a meaningful contribution to our community. 

Through the Commemorative Bench Program, you have an opportunity to dedicate a bench and plaque in Fountain Park

Eco Slatted Bench and Plaque- $2,000

This six-foot cedar colored bench is made with purified high-density polyethylene, smoothly finished 3 x 4 patterned recycled wood slats.  The frame is constructed from stainless steel and comes with a lovely 4" x 8" brass plaque with an inscription of your choice (text only, no images, graphics, or pictures. 

How to Participate

Online: Complete the online by submitting the order form and payment. A $3.00 convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Once the item is donated it becomes the property of the Town. The Town is not responsible for the replacement of any damaged or deteriorated benches and the Town reserves the right to remove them as needed. The lifespan of a bench is estimated at 10 years and the Town does not guarantee the longevity of the benches.

When the lifespan of the bench has been reached and requires replacement, the donor will have the opportunity to fund a new bench at the current replacement costs. If the donor wishes not to replace the bench, it will be made available for a new donor.
