Available Resources for Rental/Mortgage and Utilities Assistance

Fountain Hills households experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 Pandemic may be eligible for Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA). Qualifying households may receive up to fifteen (15) months of rental and utility assistance payments for past due, owed, or future months. Utility assistance is available for electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash utilities.

Please note that this is not a comprehensive listing. These resources are not "approved" or "certified" by the Town of Fountain Hills. Emergency Order of Protection - AZPoint Protective Orders -  If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
Orders of Protection can be issued by any Court in Arizona. If the Court has closed for business, Emergency Orders of Protection are granted by a judge in writing, verbally or telephonically to protect a person who is in imminent danger of domestic violence. Emergency Orders of Protection are available from local law enforcement agencies.
